Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, preferably in insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty license.
• Experience in selling or servicing personal lines insurance (auto/homeowners).
• Excellent communication and multitasking in a remote setting.

Responsibilities

• Engage with leads, prospects, and existing customers to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
• Conduct insurance consultations and recommend appropriate State Farm policies.
• Develop new business through inbound leads, outbound calls, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships via phone, email, and remote communication tools.
• Clearly explain insurance coverage options, policy benefits, and product features.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities to meet additional client insurance needs.
• Assist customers with policy updates, billing questions, transfers, and claims support.
• Maintain accurate client records in compliance with agency procedures.
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
• Deliver timely, professional, and friendly service while working independently.
