DiCapua Insurance Group is seeking a Licensed P&C Insurance Sales Agent for a full-time remote role. You will prospect, qualify leads, assess client needs, prepare quotes, and present tailored insurance solutions that align with risk profiles.

Manage a dynamic sales pipeline and deliver exceptional client service. Collaborate with carriers, stay current on underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements in licensed states, and handle policy changes and renewals with accuracy in the agency

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain) in states where the agency operates.
• Proven experience in insurance sales and lead generation.
• Strong customer service orientation with relationship-building skills.
• Ability to explain insurance concepts clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new leads for property & casualty insurance products.
• Assess client needs and prepare quotes aligned with risk profiles.
• Present insurance solutions and manage a sales pipeline from lead to close.
