This role requires a P&C license, verifiable sales performance, and at least one year of remote work experience. Monday–Friday Pacific Time work schedule supports work‑life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (REQUIRED).
• Experience in a captive agency environment preferred.
• Proven sales performance must be verifiable.
• Minimum 1 year remote work experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a competitive mindset.

• Eager to learn, take feedback, and contribute to a team.

• Drive new business production to meet or exceed monthly goals
• Follow our proven sales process to close new business
• Call qualified warm leads daily to generate quotes and close sales
• Recommend personalized insurance solutions tailored to client needs
• Maintain accurate records of activity and client interactions
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
