Slalom is a remote, EST-hour contract role seeking a hands-on P&C Insurance Product Manager to translate insurance business needs into technology‑enabled product capabilities. You will partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize development, and bring new products and features to market.

The ideal candidate combines strong P&C knowledge with practical product management experience and thrives in a small, fast‑moving cross‑functional team.

Competenze

• Strong P&C insurance domain knowledge.
• Product management or ownership experience in a tech environment.
• Experience bringing new products, features, or tech capabilities to market.
• Hands-on experience creating PRDs, requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience managing product backlogs and prioritizing features by business value.
• Ability to work directly with software engineering teams.

• Translate P&C insurance needs into clear product requirements and capabilities.
• Develop PRDs, product specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Partner with engineering throughout design, development, testing, and release.
