Job summary

Foundever is seeking a P&C licensed Operations Manager to lead multiple insurance operations teams within a fast-paced contact center. This role focuses on delivering exceptional operational performance, coaching leaders, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving results across licensed insurance programs.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License is required.
• 3+ years of Operations Manager experience in Insurance contact centers, BPO, or related environments.
• Experience leading leaders (Supervisors, Team Managers, Coaches, or equivalent).
• Proven success managing service levels, quality, productivity, attrition, client satisfaction, and financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Supervisors, Team Managers, and frontline leaders in licensed insurance operations.
• Drive a culture of accountability, engagement, recognition and continuous improvement.
• Manage performance reviews, coaching sessions, and development planning.
• Ensure achievement of key metrics: SLA, CSAT, quality, productivity, attendance, compliance, revenue and profitability.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and present operations reviews.
