WAHVE LLC is actively seeking experienced insurance professionals for remote, long-term roles in Commercial and/or Personal Lines Claims. You may choose a full- or part-time schedule while enjoying company benefits and a flexible work-from-home arrangement.

Ideal candidates have 25 years of full-time experience and 10+ years in claims within a retail broker setting, with strong knowledge of agency management systems such as Epic.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – claims management in a retail broker environment.
• Experience with an agency management system; Epic is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
• Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
• Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
• Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
• Generate claims reports.
