Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most current years of P&C commercial claims adjusting experience with insurance carrier or TPA.
• Licensed NY Labor Law, Bodily Injury, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice or Workers' Compensation claim experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle General Liability and Bodily Injury, Property, and related claims.
• Review police reports, medical bills and other supporting documents.
• Experience with litigation and subrogation is preferred.
• Set reserves and draft reservation of rights letters.
