Job summary

WAHVE LLC is seeking seasoned insurance professionals to work from home. The role leverages extensive claims experience across multiple lines in a remote, long-term position with benefits.

You will handle General Liability, BI, Property, Auto, Workers' Comp and more, document files, review reports, and may perform litigation or subrogation work. Flexible full/part-time options are available for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience in insurance.
• 10 most current years of P&C commercial claims adjusting with carrier or TPA.
• Current high demand for NY Labor Law, Bodily Injury, Professional Liability, Medical Malpractice or Workers Compensation claim experience.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad mix of claims across General Liability, Bodily Injury, Property, Commercial Auto, Workers' Comp, Inland Marine and more.
• Properly document claims files.
• Review police reports, legal and medical bills, etc.
• Litigation and Subrogation experience highly desired.
• Set reserves and draft Reservation of Rights letters – preferred.
• Handle expense, indemnity, and vendor payments.
• Conduct recorded statements from Insureds and Claimants.
• Current high-demand for specified lines of coverage.
