Job summary

WAHVE is seeking seasoned insurance professionals for remote, long-term claims roles. If you have extensive Commercial and Personal Lines experience, you can continue your career from home with a flexible full- or part-time schedule and company benefits.

Responsibilities include preparing and submitting First Report of Claims, documenting and tracking assignments, communicating with clients, carriers, and adjusters, and using an agency management system (Epic preferred).

Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience
• 10 most current years of Commercial and/or Personal Lines Property & Casualty insurance experience – claims management in retail broker environment

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit First Report of Claims to carriers.
• Document, track, and facilitate claims assignments.
• Communicate with clients/insureds, carriers/adjusters, and internal contacts.
• Work in agency management system to document communications and track claims.
• Generate claims reports.
• Experience with an agency management system desired. Current high demand for Epic.
