Job summary

USSI Global is seeking a Remote Supply Chain Coordinator for the overnight shift. This remote role supports order processing, transportation coordination, and customer communication from a home office, with equipment provided. Some in-person visit to Melbourne, FL may be required.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of logistics or project coordination experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to work independently on multiple tasks within SLAs and ERP portals.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in Logistics Support or Project Coordination.
• Proficient with computers and Windows/MS Office.
• Ability to meet remote shift requirements.

Responsibilities

• Process orders in the Customer Portal and coordinate pick & pack with origin Warehouse.
• Coordinate transportation and intake of materials with warehouses and freight forwarders.
• Maintain relationships with customers, warehouse partners, and freight forwarders.
• Verify ship-to addresses, Incoterms, and service level alignment.
• Generate portal reports and support the Program Manager as needed.
• Respond to inquiries and ensure timely order processing per SLA.
• Provide shipping quotes within SLA requirements.
