Sentara Health is seeking a full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to join the Psychiatric Emergency Response team in Virginia Beach, VA. The role assesses patients in the emergency department with behavioral health concerns and provides treatment recommendations.

It requires a Master's in Social Work, Counseling, or related field and Virginia LPC or LCSW licensure. The position is overnight and fully remote.

Formación

• Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related field is required.
• Virginia LPC or LCSW licensure is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assesses the social, psychological, cultural, environmental, and financial situation, as well as disposition needs, for each assigned patient.
• Collaborates with patients, families, healthcare team members, and community agencies to develop and implement plans to address identified needs.
