Levis Building Components is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to manage and grow our metal roofing accessories business across the western region. The role is remote with extensive travel and existing customer base plus opportunities for new business development.

You will engage wholesale customers, present solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to drive revenue while maintaining top customer satisfaction. Strong communication and a proven sales track record are required.

Qualifications

• Experience selling in roofing or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of metal roofing systems and trends.
• Understanding of construction markets in WA, OR, ID, MT and WY.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships.
• Reside in or near the western region and travel regularly.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving history.
• Proven track record of attaining and exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Levis experience to customers, vendors and co‑workers.
• Identify and engage potential wholesale customers needing metal roofing accessories.
• Establish, maintain and expand relationships with existing and prospective customers through regular sales calls and networking.
• Handle questions and resolve issues in a cost‑effective, timely way.
• Work with inside team to identify new revenue streams and expand with national distributors.
• Actively prospect for new business in the assigned region and other western markets as needed.
• Prepare weekly/monthly call reports as required.
• Conduct technical presentations, product demos, workshops and lunch & learns.
• Travel at least 75% of the time across WA, OR, ID, MT and WY, with travel to other markets as needed.
• Develop aggressive yet realistic sales forecasts to meet profit goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams for successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Communicate product advantages and value of services to customers.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through account management and proactive prospecting.
• Present, promote and sell product line to potential customers.
• Respond promptly to new opportunities, typically within 24–48 hours.
