Telhio Credit Union in Ohio is seeking an Outside Mortgage Loan Originator to generate first mortgage applications from external and internal leads. You will network with Realtors, builders, branches, and investment bankers to expand Telhio’s mortgage footprint.

Responsibilities include meeting production goals, evaluating initial information to recommend products, and managing communications through the loan process with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Originates first mortgage loan applications from internal and external sources.
• Establishes best product for member based on initial information.
• Maintains effective communication with all parties through loan process.

Responsabilités

• Meet monthly/quarterly loan production goals.
• Cultivate relationships with Realtors, Builders, Branches, and Investment partners.
• Ensure compliance with BSA, OFAC and applicable regulations.
