Telhio Credit Union in Ohio seeks an Outside Mortgage Loan Originator to drive first mortgage applications from external sources and expand the member base. You will network with Realtors, Builders, and business partners while guiding transactions from origination to closing.

Strong communication, time management, and regulatory knowledge are essential. Success requires meeting production goals, building lasting relationships, and upholding Telhio's core values of care, commitment, and integrity

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience in mortgage origination or sales is beneficial.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities are essential.
• Ability to manage time and work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Originates first mortgage loan applications from internal and external sources to meet production goals.
• Evaluates ratios and recommends the best product for the member.
• Communicates with members, realtors, title agents, processors, and underwriters throughout the process.
• Meets monthly and quarterly loan production goals.
• Develops joint relationships with realtors, builders, branches, and business partners.
• Complies with BSA, OFAC, and other regulations; stays current on applicable rules.
• Utilizes CRM and coordinates marketing campaigns; follows up on leads within 24 hours.
