• Serve as the initial and main point of field contact between Elevance Health and current and potential members.
• Provide timely resolution of inquiries regarding benefits, services and policies.
• Promote State Sponsored Programs at community events and in collaborations.
• Support member access to care via home visits and processing of reports.
• Conduct new member orientations and ensure timely follow-up.
• Deliver professional and courteous service, mindful of diverse cultural and linguistic needs.
