Noble Hearts HR Consulting & Staffing is seeking a Contract Outpatient Therapist to deliver high-quality behavioral health services remotely from North Carolina. This part-time contract role (16-20 hours/week) pays on a fee-for-service basis with 50% per completed service, including diagnostic and comprehensive assessments as well as telehealth or in-person therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related behavioral health field.
• Active North Carolina licensure (LCSW/LCSWA, LCMHC/LCMHC-A, or LCAS/LCAS-A).
• Minimum two years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health or substance use treatment.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) documentation.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize responsibilities and manage an independent caseload.

Responsabilités

• Conduct diagnostic and clinical assessments to determine client needs and medical necessity.
• Evaluate urgency, complexity, strengths, risks, and supports for treatment planning.
• Provide outpatient therapy services via telehealth and in-person when applicable.
• Review referrals for eligibility and make admission recommendations per policy.
• Maintain accurate, timely, compliant clinical documentation in the EHR.
• Collaborate with Clinical Director to support care coordination and treatment planning.
• Maintain compliance with policies, licensing requirements, and regulations.
