Job summary

Carolina Outreach in North Carolina seeks a licensed outpatient therapist to join our team full-time or part-time. You will provide individual and family therapy to clients aged three years and older, conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with families to support recovery and independent living goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Current NC mental health license (e.g., LCSW/A, LCMHC/A).
• Fluency in Spanish is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with care teams as needed.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.
• Participate in supervision (if applicable based on licensure level).
