Qualifications

• Master's in Social Work or related field.
• At least one year of psychotherapy practice experience.
• Licensure or eligibility for NYS license (LMSW/LPC/LCSW etc.).
• Additional language fluency is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality clinical care consistent with Rivia Mind’s culture and principles.
• Conduct weekly patient sessions across self-pay, insurance, and Medicare.
• Maintain a consistent weekly care schedule per productivity expectations.
• Follow Care Model emphasizing continuity of care and high-frequency follow-ups.
• Conduct comprehensive intake evaluations and develop treatment plans.
