Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed behavioral health clinicians. You will provide telehealth LMHC/LMFT/LICSW sessions (53 minutes) to clients, with full schedule autonomy and a 1099 contract.

You’ll be paid $80 per hourly session, with direct deposit every two weeks and payment protection for no-shows and cancellations. Our team aids credentialing, billing, and insurance, enabling you to focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT license and a valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington and eligible for telehealth.
• Contractor with 1099 status and ability to manage schedule autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide hourly behavioral health sessions (53 minutes) to clients.
• Maintain notes and documentation for each session.
• Coordinate with referral network and billing team as needed.
