Job summary

Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians to deliver high-quality behavioral health care. Providers are 1099 contractors with no minimum caseloads and complete schedule autonomy, telehealth ready, and supported by a dedicated credentialing and referrals team.

Compensation details include LMHC: 80 USD per 53-minute session, with guaranteed payment every two weeks via direct deposit and payment protection for no-shows and late cancellations.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed LMFT, LICSW, or LMHC
• Valid NPI
• Licensed in Washington and able to provide telehealth

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions and clinical notes
• Maintain patient confidentiality and records in EHR
• Engage in credentialing and provider referrals when needed
