Rula is expanding its Washington network of licensed clinicians. As a licensed LMHC/LMFT/LICSW, you can join as a 1099 contractor with schedule autonomy and no minimum caseloads, delivering telehealth sessions to individuals, couples, and families.

You’ll be paid $80 per 53‑minute session, with biweekly direct deposits and protection for no‑shows and denied claims, plus admin support for billing and EHR tasks so you can focus on client care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as LMFT, LICSW or LMHC.
• Valid NPI.
• Must be licensed in Washington.
• Must be able to provide telehealth.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth sessions to individuals, couples and families.
• Maintain accurate notes and documentation in the EHR.
• Handle scheduling and collaborate with Rula admin for billing, claims and insurance processes.
