Job summary

A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists for remote outpatient therapy. The role offers predictable W-2 compensation with primary salaries starting at $70,000, potentially earning up to $20,000 in incentives. Therapists will enjoy flexible scheduling with minimal administrative work, supported by a full operational framework. This position requires strong clinical judgment and management of outpatient caseloads, provided in a structured, evidence-based care model. Qualifications

• Two or more independent and active state licenses (except for CA, NY, and MA).
• Experience managing a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Experience with structured, skills-based modalities (e.g., CBT, ACT, MI, DBT-influenced care) is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide 100% remote outpatient therapy.
• Work with populations of lower to moderate acuity (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma).
• Participate in an in-house referral network to/from psychiatrists.
