Job summary

A virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists for remote outpatient therapy. This role offers predictable W-2 compensation, minimal administrative burden, and a supportive environment allowing for independent clinical decisions. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical judgment and communication skills, and must hold an unrestricted license. Compensation ranges from $70K to $90K annually, with further incentives based on productivity.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license, ideally with multi-state licensing.
• Two or more independent state licenses (except CA, NY, MA).
• Experience in outpatient, community mental health, or hospital settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual outpatient therapy sessions remotely.
• Manage lower to moderate acuity populations (anxiety, depression, etc.).
• Make independent treatment decisions based on evidence-based standards.
