A leading virtual mental health practice is seeking independently licensed therapists for remote outpatient therapy roles. The position offers predictable W-2 compensation, flexible scheduling, and minimal administrative tasks. Therapists will engage with lower to moderate acuity populations and will benefit from full operational support. Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license (multi-state licensing support available).
• Two or more independent and active state licenses required (except for CA, NY and MA).
• Comfort practicing in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 100% remote outpatient therapy.
• Manage a consistent outpatient caseload.
• Engage in independent treatment decision-making.
