Job summary

CorroHealth, Inc. is seeking a Coding Specialist to provide CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM coding across multiple specialties. The role supports professional and facility coding with potential HCC work, conducting accurate code assignments and ensuring documentation quality.

Team members work from home, must be independent, and maintain high productivity and accuracy. Certification through AAPC or AHIMA is required, with familiarity in Emr and billing systems.

Qualifications

• Must be certified through AAPC (CPC or COC) or AHIMA (CCS or CCS-P).
• At least 1 year of on-the-job coding experience is required.
• Experience with E/M, Outpatient surgery and Observations facility coding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Code CPT, HCPCS and ICD-10-CM/PCS codes with high accuracy.
• Calculate Facility E/M levels using company algorithms.
• Apply ICD-10-CM/PCS, CPT and HCPCS codes to cases to optimize reimbursement.
• Ensure documentation supports code assignments and compliance with AHIMA/Company ethics.
