Headlight is a behavioral health partner transforming access to care across the Western U.S. We seek licensed clinicians to diagnose, treat, and manage ongoing care while delivering whole-person treatment with autonomy and expert clinical support.

Qualifications

• 12 months in a clinical setting after full licensure.
• Master’s Degree or higher in related fields.
• Active LMFT/LCSW/LPC/LPCC or Psychologist license; associate/intern not hired.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required.
• Proficiency with Electronic Health Records; NextGen desirable.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly to provide counseling and adjust plans.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve family members when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referral activities in surrounding communities.
