Job summary

Headlight is seeking licensed clinicians to provide compassionate mental health care. You will establish rapport, diagnose disorders, and develop personalized treatment plans while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

You will have the autonomy to guide patient care with support from executive clinicians. A flexible schedule, remote or hybrid work options, and comprehensive benefits are available as part of a W2 role with salary and monthly bonuses.

Qualifications

• Master’s Level Degree or higher in related fields.
• Full, unencumbered LMFT, LCSW, LPC, LPCC or Psychologist license required.
• Active license based on office location; associates not hired.
• Must maintain licensure/certification throughout employment.
• Experience working in a clinical setting after licensure.

Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with patients.
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders.
• Create individualized treatment plans.
• Meet with patients regularly for counseling and plan adjustments.
• Conduct ongoing assessments of patient progress.
• Involve and advise family when appropriate.
• Plan outreach and referrals in surrounding communities.
