Ellie Mental Health is seeking Outpatient Therapists for our new Williamsburg clinic. We welcome LPC & LCSW residents/supervisees to grow in a compassionate, authentic, and humorous environment that aims to expand access to quality mental health care.

You will evaluate diagnoses, develop treatment plans, document sessions, collaborate with a dynamic team, and employ creative interventions to help clients meet goals. Flexible work-from-home options are available.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral sciences or related field from an accredited college.
• On track to obtain licensure in their designated field.
• Experience with DAs, treatment plans, and case notes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnosis and create a treatment plan with ongoing documentation.
• Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Use creative interventions to help clients achieve goals.
• Prepare and submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a caseload of 25 client visits per week for full‑time clinicians.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families and school personnel.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
