Job summary

Ellie Mental Health in Clarksville, TN is seeking psychologists (PsyD, PhD) and therapists (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT) to join our growing team. You’ll provide client-centered therapy, develop treatment plans, and collaborate with a supportive clinical group to improve access to care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health or related field.
• Tennessee licensure preferred (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience with treatment plans and clinical documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain healthy professional boundaries.
• Comfort working with diverse populations.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and electronic health records.
• Valant experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
• Provide quality, client-centered therapy.
• Complete assessments, case notes, treatment plan reviews, and other documentation.
• Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time positions.
• Use creative interventions to help clients reach their goals.
• Coordinate care with families, case managers, schools, medical professionals, and other providers.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team.
• Participate in clinical meetings, consultation, and training.
