Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral sciences or related field required.
• Licensed in Tennessee or in process of obtaining licensure.
• Experience with diagnostic assessments and treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses and create treatment plans.
• Provide client service and collaborate with a dynamic team.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week.

Skills

Effective written and verbal communication skills

Ability to demonstrate and model stable boundaries with clients

Proficient in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems

Education

Master’s degree in behavioral sciences

Licensed in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, LP, etc.)
