Ellie Mental Health -Memphis and the Mid-South in Tennessee is hiring a licensed Psychologist to assess and treat clients, document sessions, and collaborate with a dynamic team dedicated to expanding access to care.

The role emphasizes compassionate, creative interventions and requires full licensure in Tennessee. We offer flexible scheduling, a supportive clinic environment, and opportunities for advancement across locations.

Qualifications

• Fully licensed in Tennessee (Psy.D./Ph.D.)
• Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to demonstrate and model professional boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner
• Experience with diverse client base and EHR systems (Valant a plus)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate diagnoses, develop and monitor treatment plans, and document case notes per policy.
• Deliver quality client service and collaborate with the team to advance community care.
• Apply creative interventions to help clients reach goals.
• Submit session documentation per guidelines.
• Maintain a minimum caseload of 25 client visits per week.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, and school staff.
• Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings.
• Other duties as needed.
