Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking a per diem Outpatient Group Clinician to lead IOP and OP groups from a remote CT/NY/NJ/MA-available position. The role requires graduate-level training in a mental health field and current licensure, with willingness to obtain licenses in the listed states.

You will collaborate with an outpatient team and support crisis management as needed. Responsibilities include facilitating groups, documenting in EMR, and participating in supervision and trainings.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Holds and maintains independent or provisional licensure in CT or NY; willingness to obtain licenses in CT/NY/NJ/MA as needed.
• Previous experience facilitating group therapy in outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate IOP and OP groups focusing on integrated care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team on group member needs.
• Assist with client drug and alcohol screening as needed.
• Provide crisis management when required.
• Maintain EMR documentation per standards.
