Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking an Outpatient Group Clinician (Per Diem) who will remotely facilitate IOP and OP groups, integrating mind, body, and spirit in care. The role requires CT residency and licensure eligibility in CT/NY, with flexibility to obtain licenses in NY, NJ, and MA as needed.

Responsibilities include crisis management, collaboration with the outpatient team, screening support, and timely EMR charting.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in a mental health field is required.
• Independent or provisional licensure in CT or NY is required; ability to obtain CT/NY/NJ/MA licenses as needed.
• Previous outpatient group therapy experience is required.
• This is a remote per diem position with CT residency required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate IOP and OP group sessions.
• Collaborate with outpatient interdisciplinary team on clinical processes.
• Assist with client drug and alcohol screening as needed.
• Provide crisis management when needed.
• Complete required trainings and maintain EMR documentation.
• Participate in supervision and training activities.
