Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking a per diem Outpatient Group Clinician to deliver IOP and OP group therapy and crisis intervention. The position is remote with residency in CT, NY, NJ, or MA and a regular Tuesday evening shift, plus additional coverage based on program needs.

Responsibilities include maintaining charts in EMR, participating in clinical supervision, and providing group therapy while following accreditation standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field.
• Holds and maintains independent or provisional licensure as an LCSW/LMSW, LMHC, LPC/LPC-A, or LMFT/LMFT-A in CT or NY.
• Previous experience facilitating group therapy is required.

Description Outpatient Group Clinician (Per Diem) Remote Position - Must Reside in CT, NY, NJ, or MA

About the Position:

The Outpatient Group Clinician is expected to provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy, specialized group therapy as indicated/assigned, and crisis management as needed. This is a per diem position with a regular weekly Tuesday evening shift and additional opportunities to provide coverage based on program needs. Candidates should have availability for multiple shifts listed below.

• Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Sunday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Additional shifts will vary based on coverage needs and candidate availability.

Maintain clinical chart via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same day documentation.

Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned.

Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, required. Holds and maintains independent or provisional licensure as an LCSW/LMSW, LMHC, LPC/LPC-A, or LMFT/LMFT-A in the state of Connecticut or New York, required. Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required.

Actual pay is determined based on job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions. 20.00 - $30.00 per hour

45.00 – $75.00 per hour
