Job summary

Mountainside Treatment Center is seeking an Outpatient Group Clinician (Per Diem) who will provide IOP and OP group therapy, as well as crisis management, primarily on a remote basis for CT/NY/NJ/MA residents. The role requires a graduate degree in a mental health field and licensure in CT or NY, with experience in group therapy.

The position offers a per diem schedule with Tuesday evening shifts and additional coverage opportunities based on program needs.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in mental health counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Independent or provisional licensure in CT or NY (LCSW/LMSW/LMHC/LMFT/LPC).
• Experience facilitating group therapy and crisis management.

Responsibilities

• Provide IOP/OP group therapy and crisis management.
• Maintain clinical charts in EMR per standards.
• Participate in supervision and provide coverage as needed.
