Job summary

e4health is seeking an Outpatient Auditor to perform QA reviews for outpatient coding and ensure accuracy across various facility types. This remote, PRN role up to 20 hours weekly requires coding credentials and auditing experience, with high attention to HIPAA and CMS guidelines.

You will support onboarding, training, and ongoing education for coders, while maintaining strong quality metrics and timely reporting to clients and management.

Qualifications

• AHIMA or AAPC credential required; CIRCC/RCCIR a plus.
• 4+ years coding experience.
• 4+ years auditing experience.
• Experience with PB and HB IVR auditing.
• At least 2 years of remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality assurance reviews for outpatient coding.
• Onboard and train new coding consultants.
• Provide training on coding accuracy and trends.
• Communicate quality issues to management.
• Monitor and report coding accuracy and education needs.
• Maintain productivity and quality standards.
