The role partners with Quality Analysts, Auditors, and SMEs to keep content current with outpatient coding requirements. The position is 100% remote (U.S.-based) with up to 10% annual travel for team meetings and limited client onsite engagements.

• Translating audit outcomes into learning experiences.
• Delivering training to improve coding accuracy and audit quality in line with EXL standards.
• Collaborating with Quality Analysts, Auditors and SMEs to reflect current outpatient coding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Translate audit findings into targeted training and refreshers.
• Identify learning gaps from outpatient coding audits and address them.
• Provide performance support to ensure sustained training impact.
