ManpowerGroup is seeking an Outbound Call Center representative for remote surveys in the market research sector. You will support the Customer Engagement Department while working from home.

Responsibilities include conducting political surveys by phone, engaging respondents professionally, following training scripts, and accurately recording responses using provided tools. A quiet workspace, reliable internet, and clear English pronunciation are required; shifts are 1–9pm with flexible signups.

Qualifications

• Must have laptop/desktop with Windows 10 and a camera
• Wired USB headset and Ethernet cable for reliable internet
• Ability to read aloud clearly and articulate English
• Strong English pronunciation and clear communication
