ManpowerGroup is hiring an Outbound Call Center representative to conduct political surveys from a remote, home-based setup. You will support the Customer Engagement Department with schedules typically 1–9pm, choosing hours you commit to, and earn $13.00 per hour to start.

The role emphasizes clear communication, accurate data collection, and adherence to training scripts. A stable internet, quiet workspace, and Windows 10 computer are required for successful performance.

Qualifications

• Must have a laptop/desktop with Windows 10 and a camera (camera not used during surveys).
• Wired USB headset and Ethernet cable for reliable training/surveys.
• Ability to read aloud clearly and confidently.
• Strong English pronunciation and articulate speech.

Responsibilities

• Conduct political surveys over the phone with clear and vivid communication.
• Engage respondents professionally to gather accurate data.
