ManpowerGroup is hiring an Outbound Call Center representative to support political surveys from home. You will conduct surveys by phone, read questions clearly, engage respondents professionally, and record responses using provided software and tools.

A reliable PC, headset, and stable internet are required. This remote role offers flexible scheduling (typical hours 1–9pm), paid training, and ongoing opportunities based on performance.

Qualifications

• Possess a laptop or desktop computer with Windows 10 and a camera (camera not used during surveys).
• Wired USB headset and Ethernet cable for high-speed internet during training and surveys.
• Ability to read aloud clearly.
• Strong English pronunciation skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet space for conducting calls.

Responsibilities

• Conduct political surveys over the phone with clear and vivid communication.
• Engage with respondents in a professional and engaging manner to gather accurate data.
• Maintain a high level of enthusiasm and commitment during scheduled hours.
• Follow training protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and quality.
• Record survey responses accurately using provided technology tools.
