What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and upsell products and services
- Provide excellent customer service by resolving support issues and answering questions
- Accurately document and process customer orders in relevant systems

- Stay updated on program knowledge and participate in ongoing training
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- One (1) year of experience in customer service, technical support, or sales in a contact center environment
- State or Federal work experience
