Job summary

Amynta Group is seeking a UTS Outbound Sales Associate in Utah to contact existing customers eligible to purchase or renew a Universal Technical Services extended service plan and proactively upsell new plans.

You will handle high outbound call volumes in a full-time office setting, earning upsell commissions. Knowledge of NordicTrack, Pro-Form product lines, service plans, and iFit subscriptions is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or GED.
• 2-3 years of sales experience (Call Center / Outbound / etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing customers eligible to purchase or renew service plans.
• Make outbound calls to customers to sell extended service plans.
• Meet customer needs, provide education on services, and close sales.
• Maintain customer profiles and document updates for orders.
• Achieve sales goals and participate in training as needed.
