Job summary

empowOR is seeking a Sales and Business Development Manager (Outbound) to drive new revenue through a disciplined outbound process and strategic prospecting of Community Action Agencies nationwide. You will craft tailored messaging, lead discovery calls, and coordinate demonstrations and quotes, reporting progress to the CEO and integrating with leadership.

You will build relationships with nonprofit networks, refine the value proposition, and ensure a smooth handoff to the customer success team

Qualifications

• Experience in outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
• Deep knowledge of nonprofit funding, data reporting, and processes.
• Ability to conduct discovery and tailor demonstrations to nonprofit audiences.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute a disciplined outbound sales process.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline; move prospects through stages.
• Lead pre-demo discovery and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Develop quotes in coordination with Sales and Admin Coordinator.
• Provide handoff to customer success post-close.
