Job summary

The Harmony Agency is seeking an experienced outbound insurance sales producer who is Ohio-licensed and ready to work remotely on a full-time basis. The role focuses on initiating conversations, handling rejection, and following a structured sales process with measurable goals.

You will work assigned leads, uncover coverage needs, prepare quotes for personal lines, and pursue life opportunities after licensing.

Qualifications

• Must currently live in Ohio.
• Available to work the agency hours: Mon–Fri 8:30 am–5:30 pm EST.
• Active Ohio Property and Casualty license.
• At least one year of successful sales experience with a demonstrated record of meeting production goals.
• Strong disposition to handle rejection and stay productive.
• Willing and able to obtain an Ohio life license within 6 months after hire.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls to new leads and assigned sources.
• Start conversations with people not actively shopping for insurance.
• Ask discovery questions and explain coverage in plain language.
• Quote auto, home, renters, umbrella, and other personal‑lines products.
• Quote life insurance opportunities once licensed.
• Follow the multi‑touch follow‑up process until a sale or decline.
• Maintain accurate notes in the lead management system.
• Work toward a production target of ~8 quotes per day.
