Qualifications

• Must have your Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Must be available 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM PST.
• 2+ years of sales experience required.
• Some college experience preferred, but not required.
• Insurance experience preferred but not required.
• Self-motivated, accountable, and driven to achieve high earning potential.
• Professional demeanor with a strong desire to grow and succeed in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Meet with prospects over the phone to discuss their property and casualty insurance needs.
• Advise clients on appropriate coverage options to help protect what matters most.
• Present tailored insurance solutions and guide prospects through the decision‑making process.
