Job summary

FLS Connect is seeking a Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) to make outbound fundraising calls from a home office. You will engage potential donors, solicit pledges for client projects, and follow client-approved messaging while striving to meet daily project goals.

This full-time, remote position offers paid training, a base wage of $16 per hour after training, with bonuses up to $20 per hour. Additional retention and referral bonuses, plus a comprehensive benefits package for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, fundraising, or collections experience.
• Must be 18 years or older and full-time day shift available.
• Must work in the continental United States.
• Must own a computer with wired internet, headset, and webcam; quiet workspace required.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects.
• Follow provided client messaging on every call.
• Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics.
