FLS Connect is seeking a Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) to make outbound fundraising calls and solicit pledges for client projects. This is a work-from-home position requiring a quiet workspace, USB headset, webcam, and wired internet.

The role offers paid training ($11/hr during weeks 1–3), base pay $16/hr after training with bonuses up to $20/hr, plus retention bonuses and full-time benefits. You must pass a background check and work full-time daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of outbound sales or fundraising experience.
• Strong verbal communication and active listening.
• Ability to work in a quiet, distraction-free home office.
• Must pass background check.
