FLS Connect is seeking a Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) to conduct outbound fundraising calls from a remote home office. You will engage potential donors, follow client-approved messaging, and solicit pledges to support client projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience.
• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound fundraising calls to solicit pledges for client projects.
• Follow provided and client-approved messaging on every call.
• Utilize fundraising call structure and transition phrases as required.
• Meet and maintain project goals and efficiency metrics.
• Maintain professional appearance and conduct during calls.
