Job summary

FLS Connect is hiring a Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) to perform outbound fundraising calls from a home-based setup in the United States. You will engage donors, follow client messaging, and strive to meet project goals and efficiency metrics.

The role requires a quiet workspace, a computer, headset, and reliable wired internet. Training lasts 3 weeks, with base pay rising to $16/hour and potential earnings up to $20/hour plus bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of outbound sales, outbound fundraising, or outbound collections experience.
• Clear and effective verbal communication is essential for telephone fundraisers.
• Must be able to work full-time day shift Monday - Friday and in a quiet home workspace.

Responsibilities
