FLS Connect is hiring a Telephone Sales Representative (TSR) to make outbound fundraising calls from your home office. You will engage potential donors, follow client messaging, and work toward daily project goals in a performance-driven environment.

The position requires a quiet, uninterrupted workspace with a computer, USB headset, web camera and wired internet. Full-time day shifts may apply with strong earning potential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old at time of employment.
• Must work full-time day shift Monday - Friday; extra shifts possible.
• Must reside in the continental United States.
